Towels

The receptionist will ask you at check-in if you want a towel. If you do, €15.00 will be charged to your room for each towel requested, and this amount will be cancelled at the end when you return the towel and cards to us.
If the towel is lost, the amount will be charged to your account.
Swimming Pool Rules

It is not allowed to reserve places with towels
Vitória Stone Hotel reserves the right to remove towels for this purpose

Mandatory use of towel on the loungers

Not allowed to use leisure equipment (floaters, balls)

Respect the limits of the swimming pool area, risk of falling
Vitória Stone Hotel is not responsible for any accidents beyond the indicated limits of safety

Room cleaning

We will assume that you want your room cleaned daily.If you do not want your room to be cleaned, you should put the "Do not disturb” sign outside the bedroom door, or you can contact the reception to let us know of your intention.
